I've not used Ferndesk yet, but it's exactly the sort of tool I'll reach for when I get to that stage.Building agentic software is hard, but seeing Wilson build this in public, and with his track record with Senja, it's clear the craft and thought put into Ferndesk is super high. We've crossed a threshold where there's pre-AI products and post-AI products. Those built from the ground up, unconstrained by the old way, will win over time.

Collaborate with your agent to visualize complex projects

randex.dk-e000

Great tool when your agent has all the context for a large and complex diagram that would have taken you ages to create. I have all my documentation and user research in Notion, and with Vizzy's integration of Claude, I have a nicely looped system through a quick MCP link to Notion. I had a few issues at the beginning, but Lloyd quickly resolved them in the next update.

Miraculous

HelpKit is a great way for us to have our help articles in Notion where we can collaborate but then have it hosted on a beautiful website that has all the features we expect from a knowledge base tool. The widget alone is worth the tool in my opinion.
