An event page in 10 seconds
You create an event page in about 10 seconds: title, date, place. Pick an occasion template and a theme, add a cover, write the details. You get two links: a public page to share, and a private management link that is yours only. No signup, for you or your guests.
RSVPs without accounts
Guests RSVP in one click: going, maybe, or can't make it, with a note and plus-ones if you allow them. Guests only need an email if they're actually coming; a "maybe" or a "can't make it" needs nothing at all. The email is used for the event details, updates from the organizer, and an automatic reminder the day before. No phone number, ever.
Everything runs from one private link
Invite people by pasting your email list, message all guests at once when plans change, download a QR code to print for the door, track capacity without overselling, duplicate an event for the next edition, and get a recap with your final headcount and a one-click guest-list download once it's over. No dashboard to learn.
Privacy is the whole point
No accounts, no data selling, hosted in the EU, GDPR by default. Guests can export or delete their own data themselves, and events stay unlisted unless you decide otherwise.
Free for free events
If your event is free, RealEvents is free.
Selling tickets? Today you can drop your payment link in the description and still pay nothing: ticketing isn't built yet. When it ships, fees will only ever apply to tickets sold, never to RSVPs and never to free events.
Why I built this
I've been organizing events for years, private and professional, and I never found a tool I actually liked. The good ones make your guests create an account to say yes to a party. The pretty ones want a subscription for an event that's free. Some want a phone number for no reason I could explain to anyone.
So I built the one I wanted. Then I posted about it on a Reddit thread about Partiful alternatives, and people started telling me what was missing. Three-state RSVP came from there. Plus-ones came from there. Comments, guest lists, RSVP deadlines, messaging everyone who replied: all from that thread. Most of this roadmap was written by users, not by me.
More than 500 events created and over 3,000 RSVPs so far, from New York to Wrocลaw. Still a side project, still just me.
